2. WAI & AI Service Essentials
whatsgoon provides an AI-powered expense tracking tool ("WAI"). By using this service, you acknowledge the following technical limitations:
- Data Source: AI analysis is based solely on the documents (receipts, invoices, or bank statements) you upload.
- Verification Responsibility: Data extracted by WAI does not constitute final financial records. It is the user's sole responsibility to verify the accuracy of AI-generated data before saving it to their records.
- Accuracy Disclaimer: Due to variables such as document quality, lighting, or font styles, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy in data extraction.
- Service Continuity: Availability of WAI depends on third-party cloud and AI providers (e.g., Google Cloud). whatsgoon is not liable for technical outages or service degradations caused by these providers.
3. User Responsibilities & Age Limit
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this service.
- Document Authority: You agree to upload only documents that belong to you or for which you have explicit legal permission to process.
- Access Model: whatsgoon does not require or request direct access to your bank accounts; all data is provided via manual user uploads.
4. Third-Party Links & Services
whatsgoon may redirect you to third-party websites (e.g., Apple, Google, Netflix, Spotify) for subscription management or external services. whatsgoon is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external sites.
5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds
- Management: Premium features are managed via RevenueCat and processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Refund Policy: whatsgoon does not collect payments directly and does not process refunds. All billing and refund inquiries must be handled through the respective platform (Apple or Google) and are subject to their specific refund policies.
6. Intellectual Property
The whatsgoon name, logo, "WAI" brand, designs, user interface, and all software code are the exclusive property of Güneş DEMİRDİLEK. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, timely, or completely secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
Not Financial Advice: whatsgoon is a financial tracking and data organization tool only. No content or AI output within the app constitutes professional financial, accounting, or tax advice. whatsgoon is not liable for any financial decisions, losses, damages, or data errors resulting from the use of the app or reliance on AI-generated data.
9. Fair Use & Prohibited Actions
whatsgoon reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for users who exceed normal usage limits, employ automated systems (bots) to access the service, intentionally exhaust AI resources, or attempt to bypass system security.
10. Indemnification
The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless whatsgoon and Güneş DEMİRDİLEK from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the user's breach of these terms or illegal actions while using the service.
11. Termination
whatsgoon reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice for fraudulent activities, violations of these terms, or any behavior that poses a risk to the service or other users.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the Istanbul (Anadolu) Courts and Execution Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
